How the product works (if tests 1 and 2 pass)

1. Intake

Founder submits a rough idea, target market and SKU. Treated as data, never as an instruction.

2. Cited research

Market, competitor and regulatory findings, every claim cited or labelled an assumption.

3. Financial model

Founder approves proposed assumptions; a deterministic engine computes LTV, CAC, runway and margin.

4. Decision + pack

A go/hold/no-go call against fixed kill criteria, then the founder pack is generated.
